Veg Mayo Sandwich
Ingredients (For One Sandwich)
Finely Chopped Onion (1 Small)
Finely Chopped Tomato (1 Small)
Finely Chopped Capsicum (1/4th of a full capsicum)
Veg Mayonnaise (1 Table Spoon)
Seasonings (Salt, Chilly Flakes, Oregano)- As per taste
Filling Preparation
In a bowl, add all the veggies (onion, tomato and capsicum).
Add 1 table spoon veg mayonnaise.
Add seasoning (salt, chilly flakes and oregano) as per your taste.
Mix everything well.
Spread evenly on a bread, cover with another & toast.
Paneer Sandwich
Ingredients (For One Sandwich)
Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)- 50 grams
Finely Chopped Onion (1 small)
One Finely Chopped Green Chilly
Finely Chopped Green Coriander (Dhaniya)
Salt (As per taste)
Filling Preparation
Add grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilly and coriander in a bowl.
Add salt as per taste.
Mix everything well.
Spread evenly on a bread, cover with another & toast.
Classic Potato Sandwich
Ingredients (For One Sandwich)
One boiled and chopped potato
One small finely chopped tomato
One finely chopped green chilly
Chopped green coriander
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor powder) - 1/4th teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4th teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 1 Table Spoon
Filling Preparation
Heat a pan and add 1 table spoon clarified butter (ghee).
Add 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds (jeera) and let it splutter.
Add chopped green chilly and chopped tomatoes. Saute well.
Add boiled and chopped potatoes. Mix well.
Add chopped green coriander. Mix well.
Add 1/4th teaspoon red chilly powder and dry mango (amchoor) powder.
Add salt as per taste and mix well.
Spread evenly on a bread, cover with another & toast.
