You will not be able to resist to dig into this steamy super yummy bowl of pasta
Ingredients required
Pasta (1 Bowl)
Refined Flour/Maida (2 and 1/2 Table Spoon)
Salted or Unsalted Butter (2 and 1/2 Table Spoon)
Milk (300 ml)
Onion (Diced)
Capsicum (Diced)
Broccoli
Mushroom
Salt (As per taste)
Chilly Flakes
Black Pepper Powder
Oregano
Refined Oil (To use while boiling pasta)
Method of Preparation
Heat Water in a pan and add refined oil and salt to it. Add Pasta and cover to let it boil.
Heat water in another pan and slightly boil broccoli and mushroom.
Prep the veggies- Heat a pan and add 1/2 Table Spoon butter. Add diced onion and capsicum. Saute for a minute and add boiled broccoli and mushroom. Saute and season with 1/4 Table Spoon chilly flakes and a pinch of black pepper powder. Mix and take out .
Make White Sauce- Heat a pan. Add 2 and 1/2 table Spoon Butter and equal amount of refined flour. Mix well and add milk. Keep on stirring to avoid lump formation (add milk to attain the desired consistency of the sauce). Add salt, chilly flakes, oregano and a pinch of black pepper.
Add sauteed veggies and boiled pasta.
Mix well and serve hot with crispy garlic flavored bread (You can also garnish with cheese)
