Mint-Lemon Ice Tea
Method of Preparation
Heat 1 ltr water in a sauce pan
Add 1/2 table spoon regular tea
Add a handful of washed mint leaves
Add 2 table spoon honey
Just wait till the first boil (You don't want to overcook tea. It will give a harsh taste)
Pass it through a strainer and let it cool.
Store in refrigerator for up to a week
Add fresh mint leaves, lemon slices and ice when served.

Note- If suffering from cold/cough, consume this tea hot and add a pinch of turmeric powder or boil 1 inch raw turmeric along with other ingredients.
Lemon Mint Foot Soak
Whether it is a beach or your home, we love walking bare foot in summers. So, it becomes more important to take care of them. Let us make an at-home foot spa arrangement with this easy-to-make foot soak.
Method of preparation
Take one and half cup Epsom salt.
Add one and half table spoon baking soda.
Add 8-10 drops of lemon essential oil and 5-6 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Mix everything well and store and an air-tight dark-colored glass bottle.
How to use
Take half bucket lukewarm water
Add 2-3 table spoon of the above mixture
Add fresh mint leaves and slices of lemon (optional step)
Soak your feet in it for 15 minutes
Advantages

Baking soda soothes and cleanses your cracked feet.
Baking soda and lemon eliminates any bad smell due to sweating.

Cucumber Mint Body Scrub
Method of preparation
Puree half a cucumber and a handful of fresh mint leaves in a grinder.
Add one table spoon coconut oil.
Add fine sugar till you attain desired consistency of the scrub.

Cucumber reduces skin irritation and inflammation.
Mint rejuvenates & refreshes the skin.
Coconut oil provides required moisture after bath.
Fine sugar granules exfoliates skin and removes dead skin cells.
Sugar Mint Body Scrub
Method of preparation
Take half cup fine sugar.
Add two table spoon olive oil (you can add more or less as per your desired consistency)
Add one table spoon honey and 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Mix well and store in an air-tight glass jar.
Advantages
Sugar exfoliates skin gently and removes dead skin cells.
Honey is antibacterial, hence it prevents acne and any infection due to sweating.
Olive oil moisturizes skin and slows down aging.
Peppermint oil naturally cleanses and soothes the skin.
