Ingredients required
Two Big Potatoes
Olive Oil (2 Tablespoon)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Oregano (As Per Taste)
Chilly Flakes (As Per Taste)
Dried Rosemary (Optional)
Method of Preparation
Wash the potatoes nicely and chop them into small pieces.
Take the chopped potatoes into a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, oregano & chilly flakes (as per taste).
Add dried rosemary to make it more flavorful and fragrant (optional).
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a microwave safe tray.
Microwave at 180 to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes or till the potatoes become brown and crisp.
