Indulge yourself into this protein-packed healthy and super yummy recipe
Ingredients required
Whole or Split Green Gram/ Moong Dal (Soaked Overnight)- 200 Gm
Green Chilly (2)
Ginger (1 Inch piece)
Finely Chopped Onion (2 medium sized)
Chopped Coriander
Salt (As per Taste)
ENO powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Cottage Cheese/Paneer (100 Gm for Stuffing)
Green Coriander Chutney (For serving)
Method of Preparation
Add soaked moong dal (green gram), green chilly and ginger into a grinding jar.
Grind it into a fine paste
Add chopped onion and coriander
Add salt and mix well
Add 1/2 teaspoon ENO salt
Add water to make a batter of semi-flow consistency
Grease pan with some oil and put a spoon-full of batter to make a thin and round cheela (pancake)
Cover and cook for about a minute
Flip it over and cook from both sides till brown and crisp
Grate paneer (cottage cheese) over half cheela (pancake) and fold it
Serve with coriander chutney
