Egg Fried Rice - Quick & Easy Recipe


I love making rice bowls

with variety of ingredients & their combinations



Ingredients required (For 1 Person)

  • 3 Eggs

  • Cooked Rice (1 bowl)

  • Onion

  • Capsicum

  • Green Chilly

  • Coriander stems

  • Salt

  • Black pepper powder

  • Red chilly flakes

  • Oil


Method of Preparation

  • Chop all the veggies.

  • Heat a pan and add 4-5 tablespoon oil.

  • Add chopped green chilly, onion and capsicum. Saute well.

  • Crack open two eggs in a bowl and season it with some salt and chilly flakes. Whisk well.

  • Add these eggs to the pan and cook properly like scrambled eggs.

  • Add a bowl of cooked rice and mix well.

  • Add some salt, black pepper powder and chilly flakes. Mix well.

  • Add chopped coriander stems to add some crunch & taste. Mix well & serve hot.

  • Add a sunny-side-up (half fried egg) on the top of your serving to make it more delicious.
