Try this yummy recipe with basic ingredients from your kitchen, especially if you love fish but don't know much about cooking :)
Ingredients required
Fish (Katla, 500 Gms), take any fish of your choice
Lemon (1 and 1/2)
Cinnamon (3-4 pieces)
Cloves (2-3 pieces)
Salt (1 Tea Spoon)
Red Chilly Powder (1/2 Tea Spoon)
Turmeric (1 Tea Spoon)
Coriander Powder (1 Tea Spoon)
Garam Masala (1/4 Tea Spoon)
Ginger Garlic Paste (1 and 1/2 Tea Spoon)
Mustard Oil (3 Tea Spoon)
Onion, Green Coriander Chutney and Mayonnaise for serving
Method of Preparation
Take fish in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and all the above spices (measurement given above).
Add cinnamon and cloves for fragrance and marinate for an hour.
Heat mustard oil in a wok and deep fry 3-4 pieces at a time (You can also shallow fry it).
Serve hot with onion, green chutney and mayonnaise.
