Food Reviews
Dinner at DEL, Roseate House - We ordered Chicken Manchow Soup (It was not in the menu, but the chef made on request), Pork Chops & Chicken Steak Platter. Soup was really amazing with very less oil and spices but nicely balanced taste. Other two dishes were very good (But I have had better)
Breakfast Buffet at Roseate House - Widely spread with various types of breads, cheese, egg preparations, Chinese, South Indian etc. Bacon was not on any counter but they provided when we asked for. It was one of the best bacons, I have had till date (Fresh, yummy and not chewy)
Dinner at Bukhara, ITC Maurya - This restaurant is famous for Dal Bukhara (which is a sort of Dal Makhni but somewhat different in taste). If you just ask for menu, they will give you a main one with individual dishes. But they also have a single-serve menu with platter options. In that, one can order a platter with three types of appetizers, a portion of dal bukhara and a bread of your choice. The platter was enough for two of us (we ordered one extra bread). The meal was so overwhelming..we could never forget that, but above all, they had the best Mutton Burra Kabab (the best flavored & tender mutton you can have)
