Ingredients required
Potatoes (Boiled and Grated)
Buckwheat Flour
Green Chilly (Chopped)
Coriander (Finely Chopped)
Salt (As per Taste)
Oil (To grease palms and to fry)
Green Coriander Chutney (For serving)
Homemade Yogurt (For serving)
Method of Preparation
In a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potatoes to buckwheat flour
Add chopped coriander and green chilly
Put some salt (to taste) and mix everything well to form a dough (add flour if required)
Grease your palms with oil
Take a handful of mixture and shape it into round cutlets
Heat oil in a pan and add all the cutlets to it
Fry from both the sides till brown and crispy
Serve with coriander chutney and curd
