Bridal Skin Care - Glowing & Healthy skin

We take extra care of our skin a few days before getting married..but deep down we all know, we want that glow forever..!!


Let us follow a simple and natural skin care routine to achieve that forever glow


Glow Skin Juice


Ingredients required (Quantity - One Glass)

  • Spinach Leaves (Handful)

  • Tomato (One)

  • Carrot (One)

  • Beetroot (Half)

  • Lemon (One third)

  • Black Salt (1/4 teaspoon)


Method of Preparation


  • Add all the ingredients into a blending jar along with half glass water.

  • Blend everything well.

  • Consume it with the pulp, if you can to get the benefit of fiber content.

  • If not, you can strain the juice and sip it.


Benefits of Glow Skin Juice


  • Spinach enhances skin radiance and clean it from inside.

  • Carrot helps in skin healing and reduces redness.

  • Tomatoes have anti aging properties, they sooth skin inflammation and reduces risk of sun burns.

  • Beetroot is a great blood purifier, it keeps skin glowing and healthy, it clears blemishes and evens out skin tone.


Glow Skin Mask-Cum-Scrub


  • Peel 2 overnight soaked almonds and crush them finely with a mortar and pestle.

  • Add 2 tablespoon ground masoor dal (red lentil).

  • Add raw milk and mix everything to form a paste (don't make it too flowy)

  • Adding a pinch of turmeric or honey is optional.

  • Clean your face & neck and apply with your hands.

  • Apply like sticking it your skin (since the lentil/dal tends to fall apart)

  • Let it dry completely for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Wet your palms and remove the mask while rubbing in circular motion.

  • Wash off completely and apply any toner of your choice or rose water.


NOTE: This mask should be used every alternate day for up to 3 months, then once or twice a week for best results. Apply it all over your body if possible.
