If your definition of a "good day" starts with a "good meal" then try this easy and yummy breakfast recipe - Bread Pizza
Ingredients required
Four Bread slices
Malai/Milk Cream (2 Table Spoon) - You can also use curd instead of malai to make it more healthy but with a slight compromise in taste
Finely chopped onion (1 medium size)
One finely chopped tomato
Half finely chopped capsicum
Semolina/Suji (2-3 Table Spoon)
Chilly Flakes (As per taste)
Oregano (As per taste)
Salt (As per taste)
Method of Preparation
Take chopped onion, tomato and capsicum in bowl.
Add 2-3 tablespoon semolina/suji.
Add 2 tablespoon malai/milk cream & mix.
Add salt, chilly flakes and oregano (all as per taste) & mix well to form a semi-hard mixture.
Spread this mixture evenly on all the bread slices.
Grease a nonstick tawa lightly with butter/clarified butter (ghee)
Put the prepared breads upside down.
Press lightly before flipping.
Cook from both the sides till it becomes brown and crisp.
Serve hot and crispy with tomato ketchup and ENJOY.
