Bread Pizza

If your definition of a "good day" starts with a "good meal" then try this easy and yummy breakfast recipe - Bread Pizza



Ingredients required


  • Four Bread slices

  • Malai/Milk Cream (2 Table Spoon) - You can also use curd instead of malai to make it more healthy but with a slight compromise in taste

  • Finely chopped onion (1 medium size)

  • One finely chopped tomato

  • Half finely chopped capsicum

  • Semolina/Suji (2-3 Table Spoon)

  • Chilly Flakes (As per taste)

  • Oregano (As per taste)

  • Salt (As per taste)


Method of Preparation


  • Take chopped onion, tomato and capsicum in bowl.

  • Add 2-3 tablespoon semolina/suji.

  • Add 2 tablespoon malai/milk cream & mix.

  • Add salt, chilly flakes and oregano (all as per taste) & mix well to form a semi-hard mixture.

  • Spread this mixture evenly on all the bread slices.


  • Grease a nonstick tawa lightly with butter/clarified butter (ghee)

  • Put the prepared breads upside down.

  • Press lightly before flipping.

  • Cook from both the sides till it becomes brown and crisp.

  • Serve hot and crispy with tomato ketchup and ENJOY.
