Baked Cheese Veg Alfredo Pasta


Try this comfort, warm and cheesy veg pasta recipe. It is too fulfilling and yummy, to resist



Ingredients required

  • Pasta (1 Bowl)

  • Refined Flour/Maida (3 Table Spoon)

  • Salted or Unsalted Butter (3 Table Spoon)

  • Milk (250 ml)

  • Onion (Diced)

  • Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • Broccoli

  • Salt (As per taste)

  • Chilly Flakes

  • Black Pepper Powder

  • Oregano

  • Cheese Spread (AMUL)

  • Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese (Mix)

  • Refined Oil (To use while boiling pasta)


Method of Preparation

  • Heat Water in a pan and add refined oil and salt to it. Add Pasta and let it boil (70 to 80% cooked pasta will be enough, rest will be cooked while baking)

  • Chop Broccoli, bell peppers and onion (quantity of veggies can be used as per individual's choice)

  • Prep the veggies- Heat a pan and add 1/2 Table Spoon oil or butter. Add diced onion and bell peppers. Saute for a minute and add broccoli. Saute and season with a pinch of salt.


  • Make White Sauce- Heat a pan. Add 3 table Spoon Butter and equal amount of refined flour. Mix well and add milk. Keep on stirring to avoid lump formation (add milk to attain the desired consistency of the sauce). Add salt, chilly flakes, oregano and a pinch of black pepper (as per taste)

  • Now take a baking dish and add boiled pasta at the bottom. Layer it with sautéed veggies.

  • Pour the white sauce evenly all over it.


  • Add a few spoon of cheese spread on top of it (adding cheese spread will give a soft inside after baking)


  • Spread grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix (or processed cheese)


  • Pre-heat oven and bake it for 10 minutes. Grill for another 10 minutes or till the top layer becomes nice brown.

  • Dig into till the bottom to serve all layers properly and enjoy steaming hot.
