A delicious dinner/lunch recipe with super healthy spinach
Make it this way and you will start loving spinach forever
Ingredients required
Spinach (500 grams)
2 Medium Potatoes
1 Medium Tomato
Finely Chopped Garlic (2 Teaspoon)
2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
Half Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
4 Tablespoon Mustard Oil
Salt (As Per Taste)
Method of Preparation
Wash and chop spinach
Heat 4 tablespoon mustard oil in a wok (preferably iron wok)
Add 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi) and let them splutter
Add 2 finely chopped green chilly. Mix well
Add 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric powder (haldi) and red chilly powder. Mix well
Add 2 medium sized chopped potatoes and mix well
Add chopped spinach (little at a time and mix )
Add Salt and mix well
Add chopped tomato and cover to cook on low flame till potatoes are nicely done
Once potatoes are cooked, increase the flame and fry till all the excess water is removed
Enjoy with chapati or paratha
