Aaloo Ki Poori

Quick & easy delicious crispy aaloo ki poori, perfect for any meal


Enjoy with curd and green coriander chutney


Ingredients required

  • Wheat Flour

  • Boiled Potatoes (Four)

  • Chopped Green Coriander

  • Chopped Green Chilly (Four)

  • Chilly Flakes (As Per Taste)

  • Salt (As Per Taste)

  • Refined Oil


Method of Preparation

  • Grate boiled potatoes.

  • Add chopped green chilly, chopped coriander, chilly flakes, salt and 4 table spoon oil.

  • Add wheat flour in small batches and knead a dough (without using water).

  • Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead into a smooth dough.

  • Take small portions and roll into thin chapatis.

  • Heat enough oil into a wok for deep frying.

  • Fry one poori at a time till crispy golden from both sides.

  • Enjoy with curd and green coriander chutney.
