Ingredients required
Wheat Flour
Boiled Potatoes (Four)
Chopped Green Coriander
Chopped Green Chilly (Four)
Chilly Flakes (As Per Taste)
Salt (As Per Taste)
Refined Oil
Method of Preparation
Grate boiled potatoes.
Add chopped green chilly, chopped coriander, chilly flakes, salt and 4 table spoon oil.
Add wheat flour in small batches and knead a dough (without using water).
Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead into a smooth dough.
Take small portions and roll into thin chapatis.
Heat enough oil into a wok for deep frying.
Fry one poori at a time till crispy golden from both sides.
Enjoy with curd and green coriander chutney.
