Onion Potato Fritters (Pakore) Recipe
Ingredients
2 medium size onions
1 medium potato
2 green chilly
Gram Flour (Besan) - 5-6 tablespoon
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilly Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Turmeric Powder (1 teaspoon)
Baking Powder (2 pinch)
Water
Refined oil
Method Of Preparation
Finely slice two onions, a potato and two green chilly
Add turmeric, red chilly powder and salt (measurements given above)
Add gram flour and water to for a stiff paste
Add two pinch baking soda and mix well
Heat oil in a pan and pour the onion-potato paste to form fritters (pakore)
Fry till golden brown from both the sides
Enjoy with green coriander chutney and tomato ketch up
